You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original condition with all packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized toys
  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Gift cards and digital products

Package & Ship

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 1-2 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at agrnehagr@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

International Returns
